Appetizers

Chilled Shrimp Cocktail: $9.50
Jumbo shrimp served with cocktail sauce

Reuben Rolls: $7.50
Corned beef, cabbage, and Swiss cheese wrapped inside spring dough served with fresh crispy fried spinach and Dusseldorf mustard sauce.

Sausage and Cheese Platter: $9.50
Grilled Usinger's bratwurst and knackwurst, served with Swiss and Cheddar Cheese.

Soups

Lobster Bisque: $8.50
Home made lobster stock reduced and simmered with tender lobster meat, tarragon, wild mushrooms, brandy and cream.

Mader's Oxtail Soup: $7.50
Freshly braised oxtail meat with tomato, sherry, and beef broth.

Baked Three Onion Soup: $6.25
Tender thinly sliced onions served in a Burgundy broth, topped off with Bavarian Emmenthal cheese.
